Gavin Schrock, PLS is a surveyor, technology writer, editor of the geomatics sciences publication xyHt Magazine, and operator of a cooperative GNSS network (RTN). He has worked in surveying, mapping, data management, GNSS, and GIS for more than three decades in the civil, utility, defense, and mapping disciplines. He has published in these fields and has taught these subjects at local, state, national, and international conferences.

BRANT HOWARD
Co-Founder and Director
Brant is Founder and Director of CompassData Inc. a GIS mapping, surveying and data provider for the Drone, Aerial and Satellite Remote Sensing Community since 1994. CompassDrone is a division of CompassData. Mr. Howard utilizes his 40 years of experience in contract engineering, technical sales, marketing and management to lead CompassData as an international provider of photo-identifiable ground control for GIS and remote sensing applications. He has been an innovator in providing ground control as off-the-shelf content to photogrammetry professionals with consistent delivery of accurate control data in a timely response. Mr. Howard has Undergraduate and Master’s Degrees in Geology from Indiana University. His experience includes the U.S. Geological Survey; Camp, Dresser & McKee Inc., entrepreneur endeavors in the Remote Sensing, GPS and the electronic technology professions. Mr. Howard holds Patents in Geospatial and Mobile Resource Management technology. He has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver, made numerous presentations at seminars and conferences worldwide. Mr. Howard has authored articles in technical journals relating to Geology, GIS, remote Sensing and Mobile Resource Management.
RON CHAPPLE

Ron Chapple has over 30 years flying in helicopters creating images, video, and LiDAR. As founder of GEO1 and Aerial Filmworks, Ron continually invests in new technology, and explores the optimal methodology for processing and analyzing remote sensing data. Clients include television networks such as Discovery Channel, PBS, BBC, and National Geographic to survey projects for USGS, FEMA, Pacific Gas & Electric, San Diego Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, Hong Kong International Airport Authority, and the Army Corp of Engineers. Ron has won an Emmy Award for his aerial work on a PBS series, contributed artwork to the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum, and shared a Pulitzer Prize for a multi-disciplinary video and LiDAR project with USA Today.

Page has an extensive background in technology start-ups, including development, marketing, recruiting, capital financing and executive management. Page first became known as a technology visionary in the automotive industry for combining data mining and predictive modeling with geographic information systems. Page was the founder of Impact Solutions, Inc., a Silicon Valley based company he formed to provide state-of-the-art customer acquisition and retention solutions to the automotive industry. Page reorganized Impact Solutions and formed e-autobusiness, the pioneer in the development of a web-based CRM solution that provided services to well over 900 dealerships throughout the United States before being acquired. Page went on to author several patents based on geospatial technology including the methods for capturing, recording and displaying the precise location of buried utilities and in 2014 founded ProStar Geocorp. In 2016 the Colorado Technology Association named him Entrepreneur of the Year for his efforts and innovations in developing Geospatial Intelligence Software. Today, Page continues to serve as the company’s CEO and President.
PETER ATALLA

Peter is a technology entrepreneur with 2 successful exits. He has been in the mapping industry for 16 years and has managed large scale mapping projects for the largest technology company in the world as Program Director. Previously he was CEO and founder of Navmii a navigation and mapping company with over 30million users that mapped 180 countries. Prior to this he grew his previous company DataArt, to over 500 people before exiting. Peter has a degree in Applied Physics from NTU.
JOSHUA OOMS
Project Engineer
Joshua Ooms’s background in civil engineering includes asphalt and concrete paving projects, stormwater and water infrastructure installations, wastewater treatment plant upgrades, and infrastructure assessments with an emphasis in wastewater collection. After receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, he joined the Ditesco team. His experience in construction and local municipal standards adds value to the management of the Loveland Pulse Fiber build, where he manages portions of the design and construction contracts and work, including the preconstruction imagery workflow and the investigation of property owner damage claims using data from the MX7.
MUTHU SAMPATH
GIS Technical Sales Manager
Muthu Sampath is the GIS Technical Sales Lead at Mapillary. At Mapillary, Muthu works with government agencies, geospatial service providers and educational institutions to help them better understand the world through street-level imagery. He works directly with customers and community members in the US and beyond to help them get the maximum use of Mapillary data and imagery. Prior to Mapillary, Muthu worked on geospatial data management and analysis at organizations focused on transportation, energy, and environmental sectors.

Mr. Copple is the Chief Executive Officer of The Sanborn Map Company, Inc., a position held for 17 years. His career includes satellite, aerial, drone, and ground remote sensing technologies. Sanborn is the oldest geospatial company in the United States and has developed many geospatial technologies over the life of the company. Sanborn operates globally with operating locations in the United States and international offices. Mr. Copple is a strong believer in the value of remote sensing technologies and geographic information systems and has traveled extensively developing business both domestically and internationally. He has served as Chairman and CEO of Space Imaging, Inc, where he built the company into the best known and largest of the satellite imagery companies. Prior to Space Imaging, Mr. Copple was Corporate VP at E-Systems, a $3 billion public technology systems company that developed technology for the Defense and Intelligence community and was acquired by Raytheon in 1995. Mr. Copple has a Master’s Degree and BBA from the University of Texas in Austin. He has served on a number of corporate and industry boards including the National Geo-spatial Intelligence Agency Advisory Committee, the State of Colorado Governor’s Technology Committee, and the National Satellite Land Remote Sensing Data Archive Committee. Currently Mr. Copple sits on the boards of the Management Association for Private Photogrammetric Surveyors, an agriculture analytics company, GeoVisual and a wireless services provider AU Wireless. He regularly serves as a special consultant to various agencies of the US government regarding remote sensing.

Jamie Curtin is the Global Sales Manager of Geospatial Content Solutions for Hexagon’s Geosystems division. Jamie has over 30 years of experience in the geospatial industry. During his career Jamie has been involved in delivering innovative Geospatial and GIS data solutions to Government, Utilities and Telecommunications organizations in North America and Europe. In his current role, Jamie leads the sales teams for both Airborne sensors and HxGN content.
James Graham

James Graham is the Geographic Information System (GIS) and Applications manager for the District Department of Transportation. His focus since joining DDOT in 2013 has been on improving spatial data systems as well as encouraging the adoption of GIS and spatial analysis throughout the Department. Previously, Mr. Graham served at the Texas Department of Transportation and the DC Office of Planning. He has a Master of Science in Geography from Texas State University.
